These Terms of Service apply when you visit valiguides.com or purchase a digital guide from VALI Guides. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. About our products

VALI Guides provides downloadable digital PDF guides. No physical item is supplied unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Product descriptions, prices and delivery details are shown on the relevant product page before purchase.

2. Educational information

Our guides are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for personalised medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Seek an appropriately qualified professional where necessary. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of information in a guide.

3. Orders and payment

You must provide accurate billing and contact information. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and applicable taxes are calculated where required. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation or provide access to the digital product. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a technical issue.

4. Digital delivery

Digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment and may also be delivered by email. You are responsible for providing a working email address and for downloading and safely storing your purchase. If access or delivery fails, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance.

5. Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download and make a reasonable number of personal backup copies. You must not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, sublicense, reproduce for commercial use, remove ownership notices from, or create a competing product from any guide without our written permission.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds, cancellation rights and remedies for faulty digital content are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

The website, guides, text, graphics, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to VALI Guides and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the personal-use licence described above.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, use automated tools to copy content, or use the website or products for unlawful purposes.

9. Third-party services and links

Payments, digital delivery and other parts of the service may be provided by trusted third parties, including Shopify and payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website and downloads available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may improve, update or discontinue content where reasonably necessary. This does not affect rights relating to a completed purchase.

11. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, for business losses arising from personal consumer use, or for loss caused by misuse of a guide.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law or business practices. The version published when you place an order will apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
